Over the past decade, the food industry has undergone a significant digital transformation. ClickEat was founded to address exactly this challenge. The company emerged from the Web3D Group, which has been developing software systems, web platforms, and applications for businesses in Israel and worldwide since 1997. In 2012, the first system was developed for one of Israel’s largest restaurant groups, with the goal of creating direct digital ordering channels for customers through websites, mobile apps, and self-service kiosks.
Over the years, ClickEat has evolved into a comprehensive platform that connects every stage of a food business’s operations, from the customer ordering experience to production systems, kitchen management, delivery operations, data, and marketing.
Today, the platform serves a wide range of sectors within the food industry, including restaurants and food chains, enterprise catering solutions for organizations and factories, B2B platforms for food manufacturers and distributors, and a growing presence in international markets.
