Delivery Zones on a Map

Polygon or radius, exactly as you need

ClickEat shows an interactive map on which you mark the boundaries of each delivery zone, as a free-form polygon or a fixed radius. Every change is saved instantly and shown to customers in real time. You can define zones precisely by neighborhood, street and building, which prevents orders from areas you cannot serve. Each zone is shown clearly to the customer at checkout.

  • Mark boundaries on the map as a free-form polygon
  • Fixed radius from the location
  • Overlap prevention between zones
  • Turn a zone on or off with one click
  • Clear display to the customer at checkout

Pricing for Each Zone

Minimum, fee and time based on your logistics

Each delivery zone has its own terms: minimum order, delivery fee and estimated delivery time. A distant zone can require a higher minimum and a higher fee without affecting nearby zones. The customer sees all the terms transparently at checkout and arrives with accurate expectations.

  • A different minimum order for each zone
  • Delivery fee by distance or by policy
  • Estimated delivery time shown to the customer
  • A cap on the number of orders per zone
  • Quick zone blocking at peak times

Days and Hours

Your logistics, not everyone else's

Not every zone runs every day. ClickEat lets you set separate operating days and hours for each zone, matching your actual delivery capacity. For example: deliveries to the next town only on Mondays and Thursdays between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM, and nearby zones only on the other days. A customer who tries to order outside those hours gets a clear message and can choose another time.

  • Dedicated operating days for each zone
  • Delivery hours that differ from pickup hours
  • Early cutoff before the end of the day
  • A clear message to the customer outside operating hours
  • Precise logistics planning in advance

Distance-Based Pricing

A variable rate that you define

Beyond a fixed fee per zone, ClickEat offers a paid add-on: dynamic delivery pricing calculated by distance, at a rate you set in advance. A customer two miles from your location pays less than one eight miles away, automatically, transparently and accurately.

  • Fee calculated by distance from the location
  • Per-mile rate set by the business owner
  • Fee shown to the customer with full transparency at checkout
  • Can be combined with fixed zones, each zone using its own method
  • A paid add-on on top of ClickEat’s core components

Integration With Delivery Providers

Keep working with the partners you already use

ClickEat integrates with third-party delivery management companies, so you can keep working with your existing providers without giving up any channel. The order is placed through ClickEat and then passed to the delivery company. In most cases this is a one-way sync, and in some cases there is two-way sync that includes status updates back into the system. List the US delivery providers that are live. The Hebrew page names Wolt Drive, Lionwheel, Ba Li and Delivapp.

  • Third-party delivery providers in the US market
  • One-way or two-way sync, depending on the provider
  • All integrations carry an additional implementation fee
