Onboarding & Training Specialist

We’re looking for a Customer Support & Technical Service Representative who thrives on helping restaurant clients succeed. Main areas of responsibility
  • Respond to technical and service inquiries from restaurant clients.
  • Provide training and onboarding for new users.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, escalate when needed, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Support CRM, POS, and other integrated restaurant systems.
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with customers via email, phone, or chat.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service processes and client experience.
Qualifications and requirements
  • Proven experience in customer support or technical service.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with restaurant operations or systems (POS, CRM, Monday) is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with technology and learning new tools quickly.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively.
